Kerrville Hills Winery (KHW) is a Texas wine incubator, a communal space for educational winemaking, and grape farming, accelerating boutique operations. KHW teaches our incubator members to be a good wine steward, and sustainable grape growing.

Assistance in purchasing land, vineyard installation, varietal selection, hiring labor, farming oversight, assessing equipment and maintenance needs, and harvest fruit sales.

Expert visionary advice and construction management creating a winery or tasting room appealing to customers and functional for success.

Guidance in harvest purchases, programming, production, fermentation, aging, bottling, and storage. Full access to shared-use facility and winemaking team.

Management of permitting and licensing, marketing, brand building, sales strategies, tasting room operations, and community outreach.
